Rebecca Burman 'Your Window is such an amazing haven in this strange world. 20mins talking to random lovely people is such good therapy for the soul. Had to run to the station as didn't want to leave!' (caught train..phew). Now…that Rwanda stuff…I forgot you said blackcurrant sorbet and I thought black treacle and licorice..does that make me wrong? Thanks again for your amazing therapy centre…most people charge £30 an hour, so you've loads of room for hiking up the prices.'
Roger Hall 'Sitting on the Bench at the The Window Coffee is unique. As well as being able to sample what is simply the best coffee in Norwich, making time to sit for a while in this cosy cafe soon brings a relaxed and cared for feeling. Hayley's passion for coffee is contagious, matched only by her knowledge and skill. But this is no elite club, all are given a warm welcome and if you have time to stay and want to chat you can pretty much guarantee lively and varied conversation. The Bench is a space to take some time out, to rest and to grow. And if you don't have time for the Bench? No problem, grab a takeaway made with exactly the same love and attention to detail and enjoy a little bit of The Window Coffee on the go.'
Tony Harding 'After living in the neighbourhood for some time I'd always felt that the area was in need of a place that the local community could call their own, I then came upon The Window cafe in Wensum Street. Apart from the delightful Hayley Draper serving the truly best coffee in Norwich the great joy for me has been meeting there, and becoming friends with interesting and talented people from all walks of life. Thank you Hayley. May your business grow and prosper.'
